EDPL 3/2017: New Europol Regulation, AI, tracking and more


The latest issue 3/2017 of the European Data Protection Law Review (EDPL) features critical articles on the new Europol Regulation and purpose limitations, how EU data protection can be inspired by the US approach to unfair commercial practices, data protection in the age of AI and robotics, and the regulation of tracking walls and take-it-or-leave-it choices.
